Baked Apple Oatmeal Crisp 🍏

This easy dessert is perfect for a cozy weekend at home. I love the combination of warm apples and oatmeal together, and this yummy treat is a crowd pleaser for both adults and kids alike!

Ingredients:
5-6 Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored and diced)
1 Cup of Quick Oats
1 Cup of All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1 TSP Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Butter (melted)

1. Peel, core and dice your apples and set aside.
2. Combine brown sugar, flour, quick oats, vanilla and melted butter. Mix well.
3. Coat the bottom of your dish with half of your crumble mixture
4. Place apples on top of the mix in the pan.
5. Sprinkle your apples with cinnamon
6. Add the rest of your crumble mixture on top, as evenly as possible.
7. Bake in the oven at 350° for around 50-55 minutes (I bake around 50 minutes)

I love serving this dessert with vanilla ice cream on the side. It can easily be reheated the next day too for a warm breakfast! Hope you enjoyed this quick and easy recipe!
