During the spring and summer quarantine, our family entered a comfy clothes hibernation period. Pajamas and athleisure were worn on repeat, and honestly I wasn’t mad about it! But with school re-opening and life slowly heading into a new sense of normalcy, I have been excited to add some fun fall clothes to Ben and Olivia’s closets! Like most places, Fall in the South is really beautiful, but it usually harbors a cruel little secret – it so stinking warm! So even though we might not experience “sweater weather” for a few more weeks, it’s still mild enough to wear some cute fall clothes here and there!
I recently found some adorable little items in various sizes that would be perfect for apple picking, visiting a pumpkin patch or fall family photos! I’ve linked them below. I don’t usually buy my kids a vast seasonal wardrobe. For the most part, I buy them each about 3-4 nice outfits per season. During the fall, I buy Olivia a few dresses and a nice pair of boots. For Ben, I usually buy him a nice pair of jeans, a sweater and a non-sports shoe! Everything else tends to be basics that can transition between the seasons! We have really been loving J.Crew Factory, HM kids and Old Navy lately for kids fashion. Take a peek at what’s on my radar!
